His name is Zac but he ain't no Zac Efron
Hi people of the world! I just cut my hair today but you probably won't notice anyway since I'm not very generous when it comes to cutting my hair off! I'm feelin' pretty perky this Tuesday morning - it's 3.40am and I've got Orange Juice in a champagne glass, dim lighting and my dim reflection on the window which makes my skin look smoother and my smile brighter. Oh, you know how the warm orange lights always make you look like, five times prettier than those energy-saving fluorescent ones, right. So like, I have this mid of a mid-life crisis thing goin' on cos like people don't think I look 14 anymore. They think I look 16. Or worse, 17. Which is bad because I never really understood how those SK women felt when they look like a grandmother in their 40s until now! I look like a young adult even before I hit the big two zero! And then I realised, is it because I'm not eating right (I think only 40% of my body is water) or I'm not exercising enough (your fattest procrastinator) or that I'm not bubbly as I used to be (the World grows on you...). Then again I get really pleased and secretly SO happy when I get nice comments from our [real] fellow countrymen like the nice Taxi man, or the charming hairdresser who tell me "You look so young!" or "I like your smile!" or "I thought you were in Secondary School!" and unbeknoweth to them, my brain is having a celebration! Anydiddlyhoo, I'm tired, I'm fat, and tmr is another irresponsible bummer day. Oh and something to Praise God for - despite ANU's suckfest online application process, their administrative services are awesome spankin' pawesome! I emailed them my plea of a plea to make certain ammendments to my online application because the unclear and vague application thing caused me to make not one but two mistakes, and they replied within a week telling me that the corrections have been made! And she addressed me as Denise! And she even signed off her name as Debbie! Aussie every-day-is-a-casual-Friday culture is the rockth! Pray to God that I receive something from ANU soon and may He bless Debbie's good, good heart. Peace out Jupiter!
