Eternal Sunshine

I'm still smelling the faint remains of SPF130 on my body, but I like it! I can't wait for Lindsay to send me all the photos! Oh my, what a happy day even though I was the fattest among them! God tells me I'm still as beautiful. (:

Been busy busy and I'm not very sure why. PW meetings take up half my day and the other half, I dunno, chasing dear Sherman all around Singapore like some hard-core wo yong yuan zhi chi ni fanfreak, eating (and eating) with Fanf and gang, Sentosa? Such are the results of postponing things. And then after it gets a check on the checklist, I realise I have yet another two thousand to fulfill. Everything postpone postpone. Even next week is filled with activities already! Day after day after day! Again, also because I postponed it. I'm truly living in 5 second land.

I had a long conversation with a Cabby today who tried desperately to convince me to have daughters instead to sons in future. OH PLEASE. And his basis of argument? NATIONAL SERVICE. OMG, HOW MANY TIMES MUST I REPEAT MYSELF? Ok, my Chinese is of beggarly standards, thus I didn't try to fight back. BUT a great deal of rage and fury was roaring tempestuous in my mind as he incessantly spoke in UTTER DISRESPECT of Lee Kuan Yew and his implementation of mandatory National Service in Singapore. HOW DARE HE. If it wasn't for MM Lee he'd be catching fish by the river now, rearing kampong chickens in his worn stilt house by the sea. NS is for the betterment of our Nation, two years of sacrifice for the defence of your country - I think it's worth every moment. So ok, I'm a girl blah blah I don't know how it feels blah blah I'm just an ignorant spectator blah blah, but in the long run, both you and I know how important and vital NS is in Singapore.

K enough, I really need to study for Chinese. I really don't want to study Chinese. ARGH. AND I CALL MYSELF A CHINESE. SHAME SHAME.
